Shipping Methods

SMA Fabrication strives to minimize shipping costs by consolidating products where possible and utilizing various shipping providers to secure the lowest rates. We currently offer the following shipping methods:

  1. Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3-5 business days within the continental United States.

  2. Priority Shipping: Delivery within 1-3 business days within the continental United States.

  3. Expedited Shipping: Available upon request at actual shipping costs. Please contact us to arrange this option.

International Shipping
  • International shipping rates are calculated based on the actual USPS rate, considering the product's weight and package size.

  • Priority shipping is not available for international orders.

  • Due to significant variations in international shipping costs, taxes, VAT, and other associated fees, we strongly recommend contacting us directly before placing an order to explore the best shipping options for your location.

Special Notes
  • All shipping timelines are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Products will be securely packaged to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return Policy for OEM Skinned Carbon Fiber Products
  1. Incorrectly Ordered, Unwanted, or Unused Products

    • Due to the made-to-order nature of our products and the extensive variations in OEM specifications, all returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

    • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your product.

  2. Custom Products

    • Custom products, including those featuring custom Carbon Fiber weaves, tinted colors, accents, non-OEM materials, or any item skinned upon request or provided by you for skinning, are non-refundable once work has been completed.

  3. Defective Products or Craftsmanship Issues

    • If an issue arises due to a defect in our craftsmanship, we will take all necessary steps to resolve it.

    • Whether the product is custom or OEM, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement upon the return of the item.

    • Return shipping costs will be covered or reimbursed by us once the craftsmanship defect or issue is confirmed. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.

Return Policy for Other Products
  1. Eligibility for Returns

    • This policy applies to all new retail products that have not been altered or customized.

    • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of receipt.

    • Returns made after 30 days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  2. Return Requirements

    • All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receiving the product.

    • Returned items must be in new, unused condition and include all original packaging.

  3. Return Process

    • To initiate a return, email us at support@smafabrication.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address information.

    • Once you receive an RMA number, securely package the item in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase, and mail the return to the address including Attn: Returns - Your RMA#:

  4. Refund Processing

    • After receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund or exchange.

    • Please allow at least 5 business days from receipt of the returned item for processing.

    • Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card provider.

    • You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.

  5. Exceptions

    • For defective or damaged products, please contact us at support@smafabrication.com to arrange for a refund or exchange.

    • If returned items are found to be damaged or not in their original condition, we will contact you via email or phone to discuss further action.
